Return Policy for Pre-Framed Prints
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your pre-framed print, please review our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the damage, including the packaging, for our records.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, upon review and approval of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized prints are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Prints that have been altered, used, or not returned in their original packaging cannot be accepted.
Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
