Return Policy for Pre-Framed Prints

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your pre-framed print, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your print arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos of the damage, including the packaging, for our records.

• We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, upon review and approval of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized prints are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

• Prints that have been altered, used, or not returned in their original packaging cannot be accepted.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
